Your appointment with me is one-on-one and it can become distracting when friends and children are with you. Only children receiving a service will be permitted in the salon. Children with appointments must be able to sit still so I can perform a quality service. Parents must stay on the premises with their child throughout the entirety of the service. Parents who are receiving services on the same day as their child must be able to supervise their child the entire time as I can not provide child care. Bringing children who are not receiving services with you will result in the cancellation of your appointment and a cancellation fee of 50% of your service price. Only those receiving services will be allowed in the service area. Others accompanying you will be asked to wait in the provided seating area. Cancellation/No Show Policy
My goal is to give my clients excellent customer service and keep the reservation of your preferred time a priority. I, of course, understand, respect and make allowances for emergencies. I provide a 48 and 24-hour reminder email and text. If you have an appointment with me and need to cancel or reschedule it, I ask for 24 hours notice. This allows us time to accommodate other guests waiting to come in for their experience. Appointments canceled without a 24-hour notice or failure to show to your appointment will result in a charge of up to 50% of the service price which will be due before your next appointment can be scheduled. -Thank You.
I understand that being late is sometimes unavoidable but because of the in-depth one on one service I provide they can interfere with the quality of the service and negatively impact the outcome. In order to provide you with the best service, I ask that you let me know if at all possible that you will be late.
If you are 1-5 minutes late we can proceed with the service without issue and conduct the consultation during your cleanse and condition.
If you are 5-10 minutes late we may have to skip a deep condition or other treatment. This can impact the results and we may want to reschedule the appointment so you can receive the very best outcome possible.
If you are more than 10 minutes late we will need to reschedule the appointment because I can not guarantee that we will be done in the time we have and you likely won't be happy with the results.
